All of these circumstances require our service whether it is by the owner to remove unwanted goods before sale/settlement or by the vendor/purchaser to remove their unwanted goods after they have moved in. The sale of a property may all come down to the settlement day and we have great experience in clearing properties to ensure there is a final sale on settlement.
